Delectable Treats at Coffee Hour

The St. John ‘s Garden Group was delighted to host the coffee hour on Sunday, March 15. We enjoyed the theme of St. Patrick’s day with items available for purchase, including lollipops, shamrock plants, and shamrock Irish soda bread. We are delighted that we raised $170.00 to be used to maintain the Wolcott Memorial Garden that we love so much. Thank you for your support and for the assistance of Paul Newell, master baker!

We have decided on Wednesday, April 8 at 6:30 pm for a light supper planning meeting at the apartment of Maureen Lavely, 20 Devens Street, Apt. 505 (right across the street from the church). At this meeting we will discuss our goals for the season, including trellis selections to block the new furnace piping, which project into the garden, and other important needs of our wonderful garden.
